MessageIn this nation, they are: not giving workers full prtection while striking is basically fascism.

And no they aren't. I know a great way to stop business owners firing workers who are looking for better conditions: nationalise everything.

MessageIf a work is looking for better conditions, then he should quit his damn job and find a new one. Nobody is forcing him to work for HIS EMPLOYERS BUSINESS; on the contrary, his employer is trading money for his employee's labor.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.
