| due to confusion over the responsibilities of some ministries and the lack of clarity in their responsibilities we propose the following legislation to restructure and clarify the responsibilities of the ministries of the Alorian government: The Ministry of Internal Affairs will after the passing of this act be responsible for 1) Audits the ministries, including itself, for ethics and adherence to Alorian law. 2) Maintains, funds and administrates provincial police departments, co-ordinates them nationally, appoints senior national police figures based on recommendations from provincial police departments 3) Audits the ministries, including itself, for efficiency. The Ministry of Justice will after the passing of this act be responsible for 1) Maintains a system of federal courts, including the Alorian Supreme Court. 2) Maintains a system of federal prosecutors and public defenders. 3) Maintains a system of federal prisons. 4) Maintains a new federal law enforcement, criminal investigation and intelligence agency empowered, on warrant, to arrest even high level government officials and law enforcement officers. The priorities of this new organisation will be to: a. Working with provincial police departments and DRACO to protect the Democratic Republic of Aloria from terrorist attack (foreign and domestic) b. Assisting DRACO to protect the Democratic Republic of Aloria against foreign intelligence operations and espionage. c. Protect the Democratic Republic of Aloria against cyber-based attacks and high-technology crimes d. Combat public corruption at all levels; e. Protect civil rights; f. Combat transnational/national criminal organizations and enterprises g. Combat major white-collar crime; h. Work with provincial police departments to combat significant violent crime; i. Support federal, provincial, local and international partners; This new organisation would be known as the Office of People's Justice 5) Advises other ministries in legal matters. 6. Maintain Judicial independence |

| Message | Ok I understand that part. I see no problem with it. However, will the Justice Ministry be getting more funding because of this? D'Aloria was captured and the terroist thing isn't as strong however, the NIP has been reporting of the extremist groups....which I'm not sure if that's why the proposed the funding to Defense. |
