| Message | OOC: Don't yell, I know I'm not the President or Finance Minister. I'm posting as a reference more, kind of our example. We did this with some cuts and compromises on it with the other issues. Cut Defense, sorry but no huge major threats defense budget could still surive on that. HSS we did 145 instead of 155. we did the same for justice, TI, education, ST, and I think just a little less on Foergin Affiars, and Internal. And less on HOG. This is what I am thinking so don't get mad at me. Let's debate from here? Sorry if I offend anyone) |

| Message | You did it wrong and unfair. You did not add in the despcrtion, it was to be repeled. You put in comments you don't do that. Thats debating the bill. Plus a budget proposal does not wait till the deadline to pass, making it so the other parties could not vote on it. You need to repel it in a regular bill that has a deadline. |

| Message | The best thing to do is put a stop to all this egotistical BS and accept this PP budget for now. if the finance minster, who I have rated up till now, doesn't create a budget that doesn't violate the Emergency day fund or if congress can approve an amendment to the budget the following is not a personal attack, but observations PP you always state that protesters are rising against the NIP and other PCA members, but you are currently the party with the least of the seats, lets be realistic, clearly most NIP policies are popular with the masses. You have admitted to overreacting in the past, don't act like that again please it just isn't nice? NIP, I think it is time to bite the bullet, I don't believe that the original budget you created was intended to provoke tension. However the budget does break a law, a law we all passed. We need a congressional referendum on changing this emergency fund, in the a bill, where everyone votes. This is a side issue at this point. But it is worth commenting on I suppose. PP should not be able to dictate the RP rules by throwing a tantrum. The thread clearly indicated that the bill repealed the Emergency Fund Act. A majority of Congress voted for the bill. There is no good reason not to RP that the bill has been repealed. This, see, is how a polite adult states his case. Contrast to... certain others. I feel like a bully is being caved to here. I feel like someone who calls names, yells, insults, and puts people down is getting his way. It isn't right, and it encourages bad behavior. |
