| Amendment 1: The requirements to serve as President of the Federal Republic of Jelbania shall be to be no less that 33 years of age, a Citizen from birth, and to have resided in the Nation for a total of 10 years in their lifetime. Amendment 2: The requirements to serve as a Representative in the House of Representatives shall be to be no less than 23 years of age, a Citizen of the country, and must have resided in the Nation for at least 5 years in their lifetime.Representatives must live in the district they are representing to run for Office. These amendments shall require a 2/3 supermajority to pass. |
