Message"The CMP is happy to support this cabinet in the hopes of a secure Government being formed. We shall not support legislation necessarily but believe that if there is a chance of a Majority Coalition being formed by the Supreme President, then it should be explored and given a chance."

Charles Astor, CMP Chairman.

MessageThe Utilitarian Party of Solentia congratulates Supreme President Jame Harding for acting with respect and consideration towards the votes casted by Solentians. He once again shows that work among inter-partisan lines is possible; his policy of forgiveness and reconciliation proofs that he has the stature of a Statesman. We will be expectant regarding this vote.

MessageThere is much to be said for this cabinet. It is a composition of the several schools of thought and it is applauded by this party for its outreach. Federal Independents are placed in a variety of roles that remain integral to the nation, which we are appreciative of. This step promoted by Supreme President Harding is therefore noted by this party, despite our consistent digressions with the incumbent administration, and warmly received. However, there remains a particular issue that at least is a requisite of further dialogue before any voting takes place.

After consulting with Federal Independent Senators and constituents, the party has a disagreement with the Supreme President's placement of the UPS in control of the Senate Wardenship. There are members of the party and among its support bloc that demands a Federal Independent be placed in the seat. We will require more time to analyze the nomination and ultimately discover if we can vote in favor of such an appointment.

MessageMr. Seville,

I hope that the FIP finds that it is able to trust the UPS to run the Wardenship and votes yes on this cabinet, because Senate Warden Jacobson is my man for the job. He has performed the duties of Senate Warden admirably for the length of my term in office, and I could not with clear conscience propose a cabinet which does not include him. The UPS will field my Senate Warden. The concessions I have made the the FIP are numerous and generous, please consider carefully.

MessageOOC question: Since a party has gone inactive, what does half of the legislature mean? 44 votes?

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current.
