Bill: Protest Saftey Act 2943

Details

Submitted by[?]: New Aloria Party (NAP)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2943

Description[?]:

“It is time we must accept that protests and that when the public forms groups or crowds in public, that we have the possibility of a riot, mugging, killing, assault, etc. We can no longer let something happen, we don’t believe in waiting for something to happen. We believe in stopping something before it happens. Let us no longer wait for someone to pull a gun out in a protest and start firing. If a crowd in public shows that there are reasons and that it could become unsafe than the police may disperse the crowd at once.”-Mark Burton, PP Chairman

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
