Bill: Protect our People Part I

Details

Submitted by[?]: New Aloria Party (NAP)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2943

Description[?]:

"Other justice systems in Aloria are not as fair and safe as ours. If a citizen, an Alorian does a crime over in another country we should not extradite them to that country, especially when the justice system is unfair and the person could be killed for theft. We would be throwing our people away. However, we will not look away of what they did, this bill we make it that we have a joint investigation with the other country on the crime but the citizen will be prosecuted and sentenced in Aloria, according to the justice system of Aloria. Even with the current law in place, our citzens would be not guranted a fair trial"-Mark Burton

OOC: Mexico justice system is very flawed and dangerous...
