To what point are we allowed to fill the air with poisonous or otherwise harmful gasses? Is there a limit, or can we do it for fun if we want? If the cars on our freeways give the surrounding peoples asthma or chest problems (to ignore the long term examples), shall we just ignore that? What about their rights? |
