We, the Government of Greater Likatonia in the Likatonian Province of Telamon, lead by justice for Likatonians, by the idea of our glorious forefathers and by law of our homeland, in accordance of and in example as The Treaty of Anakagard [http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=289814], hereby recognize the proposal of Temporary Institutions in Northern Hukatai [Migadon] as stated in The Administrative Proposals [http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=289410].
As such, we officially recognize:
Charles Heydrich as the Governor of Northern Hukatai
Bender Fishenni as the Deputy Governor of Northern Hukatai
In accordance with the previously stated, Northern Hukatai becomes a territory on which the Government of the Republic of Telamon, and all its Ministers, claim no control over.
