President Mark Burton proposes this bill to record all people accused and convicted of a crime DNA to be on record for future reference on solving crimes. Everyone who is accused of a crime that isn’t convicted some will be innocent while others can be completely guilty. It is already known the justice system is flawed in ways, were a good lawyer and a lot of money can get you off from being convicted. Burton is going to crack down on crime and asks Federal Congress to follow him by passing this bill. |
