| Amendment: Section 1: No person shall be allowed to run for President of The Federal Republic of Jelbania for more than three terms in their lifetime, including terms that are less than four years, in the circumstances that an early election is held. If an individual serves the remaining term of a preceding President, the individual will be prevented from seeking a third full term if they serve more than half of the remaining term they succeed to. Section 2: If passed, it shall not apply to the incumbent President. Section 3: This Amendment requires a 2/3 majority to pass. |
