MessageRt Hon Marquess Spence, Prime Minister,

Madam Speaker, this Bill simply tidies up some areas of overspending in certain government departments and re-allocates them to a more needed department. The office of Foreign Affairs does not need such a large amount of money to operate and this money is better off going towards the office of Internal Affairs, where it can be put to use providing services etc. to the people of Hutori.

Madam Speaker, we do realise that Labour were a little irresponsible in terms of departmental spending and this budget simply tidies the Hutorian finances.

MessageAbsolutely not, Madame Speaker, All the gentleman is doing is relocating desperately needed expendature into his obbsesion with military expansion. We cannot agree to this, our finance ministry was extremely responsible, taking into account the veiws of all parties, and budgeting for the welfare of our people. All the gentleman is doing is taking money out of the hands of the people, and making it into tanks and bombs for the imaginary empire in his head! How is this socialist? Socialism must always work for the good of the common man, and this certainly is not. We Oppose.

MessageRt Hon Michael Mancini, NSC Frontbencher,

Yes Madam Speaker, this budget doesnt do anything for the common man? Thats why we have increased the spending allocation for internal affairs - to provide services etc to the working man. Cutting spending in the finance and foreign affairs department hardly makes a difference to working people. As for defence, spending has to increase slightly because of the current law, where all buildings have to provide for civil defence. So unless civil defence and civilian safety doesnt benefit working people then clearly Labour is lost in the world of both common sense and politics.

MessageMadam Speaker, my party, when creating the previous budget, took all these things into account. The Gentleman is talking faecally! He just wants to fulfill his dreams of world domination or something like that. We oppose, there is no changing our minds, at all.

MessageMadam Speaker, that answer is exactly the narrow minded sort of view that saw the NSC/Labour coalition collapse. They have such a narrow view of all issues that they are unable to successfully work with anyone. They truly are a ridiculous party, for even suggesting otherwise. I'm sure even the CLP gentleman would agree with me when i critised the Labour Partys term as Finance Minister, because he almost single-handedly ruined Hutori's financial outlook.

MessageMadam Speaker, How can the gentleman say this, when he followed by financial descisions like a puppy dog and voted for every single on of them! And how can he say that when he is not changing anything except cutting in integral places of finance, and then just adding the revenue on in needless places! If the progression of the people of Hutori is narrow minded, then narrow minded we shall be!

MessageMadam Speaker, we only pushed through your budgets because we know how a coalition works. We thought that having our own coaliton budget - even if a somewhat dissatisfactory one, passed through Parliament. We thought that Labour should be given a chance to prove itself in government. Well it seems we were incorrect, we thought Labour could be trusted to do the right thing and they failed - miserably. This escapade by them shows that if you need a job done right you have to do it yourself.

Perhaps Labour can enlighten Parliament why the finance ministry is such a key area of government spending? All finance does is draft and present budgets, it does not spend a lot of money doing much else, so why do Labour seem so intent on keeping finance spending high and uneccessary? Oh i also will be using this as a quote ; Labour Party - "narrow minded we shall be".

MessageMaybe the HNP ought to use quotes within context "If the progression of the people of Hutori is narrow minded, then narrow minded we shall be!" This party is a horrendous excuse of a democratic organisation! If they refuse to reflect the true views of their peers, then they ought never think that they will be in full governance again!

MessageMadam Speaker, the NSC are going to dominate Hutorian politics for decades. Labour can either accept it, or we recommend they move country perhaps?

MessageYou would wouldnt you, given you have no respect for any of your parliamentary colleagues. We thank Labour for proving yet another NSC point about them Madam Speaker.
