Message | Rt Hon Marquess Spence, Prime Minister, Madam Speaker, this system ensures that whilst private schools are allowed to exist, they are regulated to ensure they operate on a similar basis to the public schooling system. The NSC is prepared to allow private schools to work in Hutori, but we do not advocate them being given a free license. I believe that this is still the sort of area the NSC/Labour have agreement on and even after the failed coalition, i hope we can still push reforms such as this through Parliament. |

Message | Madam Speaker, this is a stepping stone to a fully nationalised system. The government aim to strangle the private sector with regulation so that it cannot operate properly. |
Date | 10:04:27, June 01, 2010 CET | From | Hutorian Conservative Party | To | Debating the Education Reforms of 2946 |
Message | Madam Speaker, we have been assured that unless the NSC commands a majority, there will not be an abolishment of private schools given CLP and Labour opposition to the plans. |
