| In order to cut down on the inefficiency found in using a federalized power policy, this bill seeks to repeal the Regional Power Grid Act. All power grid maintenance will be the responsibility of the Republic, and not the local governments. Furthermore, responsibility of the said power paradigm will be given to the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. Local power stations, whether private or public, may still exist but the linking of their power to the national grid will be the responsibility of the national government. |
