Removing the political stumbling blocks from the mechanisms that will our military to act as a true deterrent force this bill proposes to; 1. Allow the use of chemical and biological weapon where and as we see fit. 2. To allow the use of Nuclear weapons where and as we see fit. These two points will allow us to exercise a 'first strike' option in the face of enemies which would certainly be calculating on doing just the same to us. Ensuring the safety of ours by ensuring the destruction of theirs. |
