| With this bill this parliament supports the formation of an Eastern Alliance of Terra with the following nations: Federal Republic of Egelion, Teocrático Reino de Drania, Nordiske Republikken av Kazulia, Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria, Imperial Dominions of Greater Sekowo and the Eternal Harmony and Empire Magnificent of Gao-Sekowo and the Indralan Minguo and the Republiek van Suid-Talmoria Due to their less than reputable reputations, I have chosen not to invite Velikoye Knyazhestvo Trigunskoye (Trigunia), Kizenia and Kuzaki, Dolgavas Pārdomātas Republika (Dolgaria) or the Grand Republic of Lourenne for talks at this stage, should talks take place and we reach a consensus that these nations should be allowed membership of the alliance, then we would be all ears. If this bill is passed, the leader of the largest party in coalition would be required to name a nominee for the role of ambassador to the Eastern Alliance. This ambassador would be required to message all parties in government in each of the above reputable nations, as well as key opposition parties, and would be Vorona's representative within the alliance. The ambassador would be expected to report to Parliament on the conditions of talks and results of them and take into consideration the suggestions of other members of parliament, from all parties. The ambassador will lose their role in this post should they a) Resign b) Be Sacked by the leader of the largest party in government or c) Lose a vote of no confidence in parliament which may be tabled by any party. The leader of the largest party would then be expected to immediately name a new ambassador. |

| Message | I think we should do it by preference voting, you get one vote for every seat you have. You must number at least three preferences, and you're allowed put yourself as first preference. The party with the least votes will be eliminated and all those who put it as their first preference will then move to their second preference. This continues until one party has 50% of the vote and above. We could do it on the Vorona messageboard if we wish to do it publicly, or if you want it private you could all message me and I'll happily compile the results? |
