Message | Madam Speaker, there needs to be some form of regulation on both of these substances. The fact is that this Bill would allow children to buy and consume alcohol and tobacco. Do we really want the children of Hutori to consume these products. No Madam Speaker, we do not. The CLP in proposing this have shown a completely immoral stance on the issue and would severly impact the health of our citizens. |
