MessageMadam Speaker, there needs to be some form of regulation on both of these substances. The fact is that this Bill would allow children to buy and consume alcohol and tobacco. Do we really want the children of Hutori to consume these products. No Madam Speaker, we do not. The CLP in proposing this have shown a completely immoral stance on the issue and would severly impact the health of our citizens.

Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn
