| Honourable Members of the Majilis al-Sha'ab, My fellow Badarans, The Ministry of Defence has ordered the complete mobilization of the Badaran Armed Forces, after the adoption of the Declaration Of War Bill and the Code Red Act. All sections of the Armed Forces have been put at military readiness level "Code Red". This means that foreign military incursions into Badaran territory are considered likely. Because of this all leaves have been cancelled and all military personal are ordered to report to their units. The Badaran Armed Forces have been ordered to prepare for, and prevent a Selucian invasion of Badara. The MoD has also ordered that the Republican Guard, both the BQPC and RGCC, and the Badaran Army Corps of Engineers (BACE) begin building defensive positions and anti-air positions acrosse Badara. The Badaran Naval Forces Majatran Sea Fleet (BNAVFORMAJSEAFLT) has been ordered to intercept a flottila of Selucian warships in order to prevent an Selucian invasion of Badara. Prediction show that the enemy flottila will be intercepted at 400 nautical miles south of the Cildanian territorial waters within several days.
