Message | Madam Speaker, as I have said in previous debates, the CLP cannot condone bestiality. Sexual intercourse must involve consenting parties only, and as one cannot determine whether a beast consents or not, one must assume that it does not. Madam Speaker, on adultery and polygamy, CLP governments have previously ensured that there is no policy on these issues and to be honest, we believe it is better that way, as the state should be neutral on such matters. We support the sentiment. Article V we completely support and Article II we think should go further. Overall, Madam Speaker, we can support this bill. |
