Message | For the article pertaining to the official state religion, the article is requring all to be an Abrhamic religon, while the state remaind angliacian and luthorian only. |
Date | 20:20:08, June 19, 2010 CET | From | Constitutionalist Imperial League (IA) | To | Debating the Strengthing the Leviathan 3 |
Message | Mr Speaker, We believe our current laws against satanism, cultism and other forms of dangerous paganism are sufficient and that the government has no need to enforce abrahamic religions on His Majesty's subjects. Indeed, the Common Bill of Rights guarantees freedom of religion to all Imperial citizens. As for article 2, the League recognizes the fact that some wish to follow a secular education and thus do not believe all schools should be religious in nature. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, There is in fact a clause in the current law which exempts special secular schools from having to perform prayers. I yield. |
