Bill: Artisian Recognition Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Citizen Nationalist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2958

Description[?]:

This act moves to repeal the current socialist regulation which does not provide new artists or inventors with copyright rights with regards to their creation, but rather takes the collectivist approach of property nullification which is in direct opposition to the concept of liberty.

No Artisan in any field will be moved to create for their society, if at the moment of creation the society as a whole steals the very work and effort from the hands of its master.

Allowing recognized copyright protection for the inspirational genius contained in Kafuri citizens is an obligation of the Government to ensure that the genius remains.
