Our current retirement age is well above that of which most persons can be physically and economically comfortable and able enough to continue to work.

Article 1: No person shall be forced to worked after the age of 62 years. However, persons younger than 62 years of age who choose not to work are considered unemployed, not retired, and shall receive no retirement benefits until they reach 62 years of age and retire.

Article 2: Any person who wishes to work over the age of 62 years may do so, but they will not receive any retirement benefits until they legally retire, unless they require retirement benefits to stay above the poverty line.
