MessageIt was in the news. The Las Vegas Mayor wants to cut off the thumbs of people that put graffiti on stuff. Repeat offenders only, and after a fair trial of course. Doesnt seem so bad to me. Dont graffiti and you dont get your thumbs chopped off. Just wish there was a real proposal for this.
