Message | Mr Speaker, There are some articles in this bill that we support. We would not be against limiting appeals although we find it distasteful to band them altogether, judgement are given by human beings who are imperfect and thus liable to error. Furthermore, we would like to ask the FWP to elaborate on why we need article 2 passed, if it can convince us, we will support it. We believe article 3 is extreme. While torture can be a very effective tool in the right circumstances, it should not be applied for whatever offense a police officer thinks merits it. Finally, article 4 has our full support. We encourage the FWP to leave the bill in debate phase longer in the future. I yield. |

Message | This article was left in debate phase for a significant period. Illegal aliens drain without giving back, take without justifying taking and rely upon the illegal acts of others. That they exist within our nation is a show of illegality in itself, the effect they have upon it is why they should be actively found and expelled. They can only survive off the illegal acts of others, and as beyond the law, are far from all laws which benefit the nation, whilst thriving breaking those which protect it from harm. |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
