| The SPU believes the national flag of Hutori does not correctly represent our nation's culture and history. OOC: Since Hutori is an obvious counterpart to the United Kingdom, I felt the flag could be a bit more UK-ish. I've modified some earlier versions of the Union Jack to represent this. |
