| Message | Local governments should be able to decide this. Religious oblasts should be able to decide if they wish their government to renumerate ministers, secular ones can decide not to. Local government's decision can go both ways, it should not be mandated by the national government that they do one thing and not be allowed to do another. |

It is dividied because one side refuses to accept and listen to the other; it seems to the MGP that if each were able to govern their respective areas as they see fit, it would dissolve some of the tension. Do the Communists know what devolution means? It is the answer to a "one size doesn't fit all" approach to governance which the Young Guard Party has supported for the last 80 years! |
