| Based on the evidence presented to the honorable members of the Gozen Kaigi (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=81&start=70#p21103 and http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=2654#p21104) we order the arrest of Princess Miyako Ishida on the charges of high treason and aiding the enemies of the nation during wartime. The Accused Princess Miyako Ishida is too be called before a court of law to stand trail before her peers against these charges, and will be permitted to make her own defence with the aid of an attorney. The sentence for these grave charges is death, but in view of her royal personage and the direct intervention of the Empress Herself on her behalf, this sentence may be reduced to life imprisonment under house arrest, or exile from the Eternal Harmony and Empire Magnificent of Sekowo and All It's Subject Colonies.
