In the name of His Royal Majesty, Augustan I, King of Rutania and East Dovani the Ministry of Defense orders the mobilization of Commonwealth troops to assist our Hulstrian and Trigunian allies in the Sekowian War.

Consequently, after the termination of negotiation with our allies, the Ministry of Defense orders and the Parliament approves the following measures:
1.) The 5th Division of the Rutanian Army commanded by Lt. Gen. Benedict Rinfurd shall be mandated to join the Hulstro-Trigunian troops in Northern Sekowo.
2.) The 5 Fighter Squads belonging to the 1st Rutanian Air Force Group commanded by Col. Henrik Hassen shall be mandated to assist the ground troops of the 5th Division.
3.) The mobilized troops listed in the previous points shall constitute the Rutanian Expeditionary Force for Sekowo (REFS). The REFS shall have Gen. Sigmund Herrstadt as Commander-in-Chief.
4.) The supreme domestic authority responsible for the strategies of the REFS shall be the Defense Council composed of His Royal Majesty, Augustan I, Prime Minister Isabelle Bozarburg and Minister of Defense Augustus Besancon.
5.) The 2nd Division of the Rutanian Army together with the rest of the 1st Air Force Group shall stay in REDCON 2 and await future orders.
