| A bill freeing religions to create religious schools without government interference. SECTION I - The Commonwealth of Rutania prides itself on its liberties and freedoms, including its protections of the freedom of religion and worship. Coupled to those rights are the rights of parents and guardians to choose the best method of educating their children and wards. Given that it violates the spirit of these liberties to maintain a list of recognized religions or to regulate the founding of schooling institutions, it is here resolved that any religion may establish a school without interference or regulation by the Commonwealth. |
