This agreement is made July 2964 between the United Badaran Front, henceforth referred to as The First Party and Black Leopard Security Firm, henceforth known as The Second Party.

The First Party covenants and agrees to pay the second party 10 million LOD per year and to provide land for The Second Party to establish a new branch which will be known as Black Leopard Security Firm- Badara, in the home country of the First Party (Badara).

The Second Party covenants and agrees to provide security and protection for any and all United Badaran Front leaders, officials, associates and family members, Also to provide protection and Security for all United Badaran Front properties and assets, To employ and train Badaran Citizens to carry out the aforementioned security and protection.

This entire agreement was arranged in 2964 and will become binding when United Badaran Front and United Alliance legislators propose a copy of this contract in their National Legislators and both vote in the affirmative on said proposal. The votes of other parties will have no influence on the validity of this contract and it is for archival purposes. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. This agreement shall be enforced under the laws of The Federation of Zardugal and The United Badaran Emirates, which as of right now to not prevent, ban, or impede any of the actions in the agreement.
