MessageThis bill was forwarded to allow all parties to participate in cabinet formation and to allow parties with significant numbers in the Senate to form a coalition in spite of each party necessarily having a plurality of seats. The DAP believes that this would not lead to chaos, but rather provide for more open and electorally legitimate outcomes in the Solentian administration.
