| This act will officially establish the Islamic Church of Jakania as the official State Church of United Jakania. The head of Islam in Jakania will be the Sheikh ul-Islam who is appointed by the Supreme Governor and whose residence will be in Wakanda. The Sheikh ul-Islam will be responsible for governing the religion in Jakania and decides the interpretion of the Quran that shall be taught in the Mosques. The Sheikh shall also be responsible for appointing imams and other ministers of Islam within Jakania. He will however not have any authority over the laws of Jakania, the Sheik will solely be a leader of the religion, not of the state. The State Church will be completely voluntarily and every Jakanian will have complete freedom of religion. |
