MessageThere is no public healtcare sytem, because we don't have the money to fund one. Until we pass the tax bill, we are sorta like Iraq, with the most rudimentary structures of administration. Apart from that I support this bill...without the tax.

Messageum, you do need a proposal. other than that i am not too sure where we stand on this debate, will have to think it over. it is the clash between the issues of public health and personal freedom that is the problem... but we are inclined to oppose unless you can persuade us otherwise.

MessageWell, this is proposed as a courtesy to the workers in the restaunrant industry who might be exposed to second hand smoke constantly because of their job; to keep people from smoking in the hospital, to allow patients a safe environment for recovery; to allow people to work in a place where they won't have their health threatened. This bill is limited to inside public places. Everywhere else is exempt.
