| The (current) King of Beiteynu and Yishelem is His Royal Majesty King Gustavus II, who is also the Emperor of Luthori. In order to avoid confusion and to have an official Beiteynuese title separate of His Luthorian title (the King's official Luthorian title is "His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty, Emperor Gustavus II of Luthori & Alduria & I of Mordusia, &ec."), the BNR proposes this resolution. Article 1: The official title of the sovereign of Beiteynu and Yishelem if He is a male shall be, "His Royal Majesty King ___ of Beiteynu and Yishelem, Emperor of Luthori and Alduria and Mordusia, etc.". The official title of His wife shall be, "Her Royal Majesty Queen ___, Consort to His Royal Majesty The King of Beiteynu and Yishelem". Article 2: The official title of the sovereign of Beiteynu and Yishelem if She is a female shall be, "Her Royal Majesty Queen ___ of Beiteynu and Yishelem, Empress of Luthori and Alduria and Mordusia, etc.". The official title of Her husband shall be, "His Royal Majesty King ___, Consort to Her Royal Majesty The Queen of Beiteynu and Yishelem". Article 3: The official title(s) of the male child(ren) of the sovereign of Beiteynu and Yishelem shall be, "His Royal Majesty Prince ___ of Beiteynu and Yishelem". The official title(s) of the female child(ren) of the sovereign of Beiteynu and Yishelem shall be, "Her Royal Majesty Princess ___ of Beiteynu and Yishelem". Article 4: This resolution changes nothing except the title of the sovereign. All other laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the sovereign, especially those derived from the Treaties of Poesy, remain unchanged. (OOC: So no one claims anything's wrong here, haha.) Article 5: Once this resolution passes, its contents will be presented to the International Monarchist League (IML) for their approval, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu. |
