MessageGen Karl Richards MP, HNP Leader,

Mr Speaker, i am sure this will be a somewhat 'controversial' Bill. This Act shall see Hutori returned to the people that deserve it. Mr Speaker, over the years Hutors have been pushed to the sides through years of immigration etc. With the large population Hutors have to share resources with people coming from abroad. Issues such as education and health should have preferential treatment towards the indeginous population before others. This Act will see only native 'Hutors' given official citizenship rights. All others in Hutori are entitled to remain within the nation but shall simply fall down the pecking order within this nation.

Mr Speaker, it has to be said that the CLP will unquestionably object to this proposal because many of their members are not Hutors. The HNP just wants to put our own citizens first in Hutori.
