Description[?]:

To Minister of Foreign Affairs Luis Lacroix:

Dear Sir,

We are contacting you with the purpose of discussing several issues of utmost importance. We are aware that your party is a patriotic and realist one whose first priority is to serve the national interest of Aldegar. We also heard that you are a most reasonable person, and one with great diplomatic skills. Thus we are confident that you would prove to be a valuable partner of discussion. We shall enlist our topics for the sake of greater clarity.

1. The Commonwealth of Rutania is very interested in the continent of Seleya. We have built a privileged relationship with one of your neighbours, the Saridani Union. This privileged relationship consists of many aspects one of them being that the Commonwealth has established a military basis on the Saridani island of Surtilati. Consequently, our interest regarding Seleya is understandable. We would like, however, to find more friends on this continent. For this purpose, in the name of HM Casimir I., King of Rutania and East Dovani, we are inviting you to an official visit in Hayek, Rutania.

2. The Axis Alliance, Terra's most powerful and stable military alliance is also very interested in having a partnership with Aldegar. You are aware that your country occupies a very advantageous strategical position. In the same time this position poses a great vulnerability. I am sure, you see that a mutually advantageous relationship between the Axis Alliance and the Second Republic of Aldegar could be built. Perhaps we could discuss this topic as well during your visit in Rutania. My country is member of the Leadership Council of this organization, so I am sure we could offer you a valuable insight in the topic.

3. I would like to discuss also about the issue of the neutrality of the Saridani Union.
http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1268
This treaty, which was signed by the Second Republic of Aldegar as well, stipulates the neutrality of Saridan. However this treaty is null and void. The reason for this is that Saridan long ago adhered to the Axis Alliance and as such give up its claims of neutrality. We have information from our close ally in Saridan that the legislature is preparing to officially withdraw from this treaty, thus making this nullity official.
Now, this treaty was a very important component of Aldegars security setting, because it secured one of its borders. However, we am sure that we may find a solution for this problem. We are open to your suggestions.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, and we hope that this moment will mark a fruitful relationship between our two nations, if possible within the framework of the Axis Alliance.

Sincerely,
Matthew Klausenburg,
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Commonwealth of Rutania

Guy Besancon,
Director of Axis for Seleya
