ToDebating the Socialist Economy Act of 2979
MessageRt Hon Baron Mancini MP, Finance Minister,

Mr Speaker, these reforms shall fundamentally change the nature of the Hutorian economy. It has been a largely socialist economy in the past apart from a few years of CLP capitalism before they collapsed. Mr Speaker, all this Bill does is see the economy returns to the way it is intended. The state needs to control the economy because this prevents the exploitation of the people through the capitalist system. Capitalism works where all businesses try to get one over one another at any cost. They ruthlessley exploit the people in order to make their money. Under the HNP socialist economy it shall be about providing a service to the people of Hutori rather than profit margins. Mr Speaker, we believe in fairness for all and the destruction of Capitalism is a neccessary event to see this ideal become a reality.

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.
