MessageRt Hon Karl Richards, Prime Minister,

Mr Speaker, Hutori is a Monarchy. Therefore to be officially recognised we must ratify this Treaty. The IML will provide Hutori with safeguards from attack from other Monarchies. Mr Speaker, the HNP is also a member of the IML and we must do our utmost to ensure that the Hutorian Monarch continues to exist and protect our nations heritage and culture. Overall Mr Speaker, the benefits of this treaty far outweigh the risks that exist by not ratifying it.
