Following conditions determine whether a person is eligible to be excused from the Euthenasia Act. The Police shall be responsible for collecting those determined by the state justice department and taking them to a location where Euthenasia can be carried out efficiently.

I. Any one older than the professional retirement age (currently 65) and not in employment is eligible for euthenasia.

II. 'The Sick' reffers to anyone with a terminal illness or an illness that can be passed on through generations.

III. Native 'Hutors' are exempt from Euthenasia even if they are in compliance with points I or II.
