Everyone will now be genetically tested for fitness as citizens. Those who are unfit will be made use of, either as humble serfs, scientific research subjects, or fertilizer for our fields. |

In any event if you read the newspaper and the history books you should know that PPP philosophy is not unrealistic or abnormal, but instead is reasonably common.
