Bill: Abdication of Empress Kumiko Yukio
Details
Submitted by[?]: Gōzoku Yūkīō-Rabuzubāgu-Ishinawa
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2981
Description[?]:
Empress Kumiko Yukio has decided that the only way she can assure safety for her people is too submit to the demands of the aggressors for the sake of peace. The Oathkeeper Movement shall continue the fight for the cause of the Eternal Harmony but only in the democratic sphere, and as such the state apparatus of the Eternal Harmony will be disestablished and authority will be handed over to a unified civilian government. Kumiko Yukio renounces the throne and leadership of the House of Ishida and but will retain her title of Yeowang of the Holy Kingdom of Deulatoji, and while she will glady appear before a Sekowan Court she refuses to be tired by any court of the aggressor powers. OOC: I'm going inactivate soon, so this is the best way to secure a quick settlement. Upon the passing of this bill the nation is renamed "The Imperial Federation of Sekowo". Please do not vote against, as this is a abdication not a bill, it wouldn't make sense for the legislature to overturn it. |

Message | We urge the Most High and Great Empress to retain her sacred office and make the Sekowan traitors to pay with their life for their infidelity. We shall continue to support Yukio Kumiko's position as Yeowang of Deulatoji, but since we view only the Eternal Harmony as our parent nation, we do not see ourselves as a colony of the traitorous Kenjist regime now formed in Sekowo.
