Section A (Prostitution) 1. The purchase of sex will be illegal with the punishment a fine or prison sentence of up to 1 year (2 years where trafficking or underage sex is involved) 2. Prostitutes themselves will not be punished but will instead be treated as victims deserving of help and support 3. Resources and funding will be made available to projects aimed at helping women and men to escape from prostitution and the sex industry. Section B (Pornography) 1. Pornography will be permitted nationally with a minimum age of 18 2. All companies which produce pornography must be owned and run by their workers with the health, safety and well-being of those involved the top priority at all times 3. All pornographic films or magazines sold in Kazulia must be approved by a state organisation which has the power to ban any content deemed to be exploitative, abusive or to reinforce or promote male domination or violence within society |
