MessageIn recent elections, the office of President has pratically lost all power! The Head of State elections are now just a formality and have no bearing on the country.

MessageCabinet building isn't exactly a huge executive power even when it's in his hands only. As long as there's a majority, why not let whoever propose a cabinet? If the head of state won't put up an electable cabinet then obviously someone else needs to do it for them.
