Message"Under no circumstances. This would set Supreme President Toynbee as King. That is clearly unacceptable. Besides anything else, this Act makes no provision for the actual establishment of a Monarchy, a Royal House, nor is the correct person in Office to be elevated to such as level. Message"Actually, the Nobles lines are those that are inherited. Lords Belisarius, Kennedy, Seymour and York for examples. These people do exist and there lines are present in our culture even if civic law does not presently recognise their titles. There are also Royal inheritors within Greater Quanzar though whether they are within our borders, I couldn't say."
