Deregulation of the Central Authority promotes local stability as well as creates a happy people. The people that are allowed to rule do so for the benefit of all the people. Under this bill we are asking that many services provided both by the Central Government and by private companies be allowed to be run and owned and operated by local governments in accordance with the key fundamental ideal that it is in the hope of permitting the people to rule that they people will be free.
