| This bill aimed at showing the Governments ability to recognize a serious issue in this country and its ability to meet the growing needs of its citizens through means of offering free contraceptives in public area's. While religiously this seems immoral we can not let that sense of religious irony control a simple and underlying fact that teens and young adults possibly will be sexual active and without the ability to obtain contraceptives through less then private means we are openly accepting and openly assisting teen pregnancy out of wedlock. |
