| Under this bill the National Government would remove the regulations upon which Nationalized Power is provided and instead would place that control under the Local Governments which would be better suited for the power needs of its people so long as the Local Governments do not at any point and time go against the primary code of conduct that regulates all power industries regardless if they are private or nationalized. |
