| Under this bill all communities would be required to be gated and under the direct supervision of the Local Government and their active Police Force and CDF Officials. This is an attempt to ensure the safety and security of the people from outside influences as well as to control the every growing problems of traveling bands of thieves, murders, and other criminal elements. |
