Bill: Free Legal Representation Program of 2987
Details
Submitted by[?]: Yintao Order
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2988
Description[?]:
The Grand UP believes that those who are tried in the court should be given the right of representation. The party believes that not everyone has the capability to hire his or her own legal counsel. The current rule states that legal counsel is not paid for or subsidized by the state, if this is the case, then it is almost implied that those who do not have enough money to have representation has no right to justice, and that money rules our judiciary system. |
