This bill aims to establish a government-owned social security institution which is geared towards providing pension to retirees after serving the nation for years. With the establishment of the said institution, each working citizen is entasked to contribute 10.00 LOD per month to the SSS, which is to be subtracted from their income, if an employee, and to be paid directly, if a private professional, or businessman. From this, we are to provide a monthy pension of 10,000.00 LOD to retirees registered under the SSS Program. |
